Biography
Vidhi is an Eric and Wendy Schmidt Center Postdoctoral Fellow at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, working with Caroline Uhler on generative models, representation learning, and drug discovery. She completed her PhD at the University of Cambridge in 2024 (Cavendish Laboratory and CBL), supervised by Carl Rasmussen and Neil Lawrence. From February 2022 to October 2023 she was also a research associate in ML@CL working on the Human Cell Atlas project. Her research interests are in Bayesian non-parametrics, Gaussian processes and hierarchical modelling, with applications to computational biology, drug discovery and astronomy.
