Biography
Max is a PhD student at the University of Cambridge, supervised by Carl Henrik Ek and David Abel. He uses reinforcement learning to investigate the foundations of agency and learning, building agents that make efficient use of available computational resources. Before Cambridge he completed a Master of Informatics at the University of Edinburgh, where he was a member of the Autonomous Agents Research Group.
