I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Macosko Lab at the Stanley Center for Psychiatric Research within the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. I received my PhD in Mathematics and Statistics at Boston University, where I worked on complexity penalized methods with applications to modeling queueing systems, information retrieval from text, and network inference. I’m now focused on representation learning for single-cell RNA-seq and spatial data, driven by questions in neuroscience. I also co-organize the Models, Inference & Algorithms initiative.
