Executive Education on AI, Data Science and Machine Learning

This short course is designed for leaders and decision makers who need to make decisions in the new world shaped by AI: what is now possible, what is still hard, and what changes inside an organisation when machine learning becomes part of products, operations, and strategy.

The course is inspired by the ideas in The Atomic Human, which emphasises the relationship between human capabilities and their limitations (uncertainty, trust, and the constraints of communication) and what happens when we build powerful machines inside our organisations and society.

What you’ll leave with

  • Clarity on AI capability vs hype (and how to ask better questions)
  • Risk literacy on data quality, privacy, security, and evaluation
  • Delivery realism on teams, incentives, and project management
  • A leadership playbook for governance, operating model, and adoption

Course materials

The core materials are organised as a sequence of lectures with accompanying slides.
